History of the Pearly Sea Cruise Pearly Sea cruise which is Operating by Bien Ngoc Company was established in the October 2002. The company was founded by a group of people that found Hai Au Company (one of the first cruise tour company in Halong bay) more than years ago. Inherited the achievement we gathered in over ten years serving the tourists who had discovered Halong Bay day boat and later by overnight cruises.
