Flights:
All flights on Vietnam airlines were excellent.
Ground Transportation:
All pre-arranged ground transportation was satisfactory and we arrived at our destination safely.
All hotels were good.
Tour of Cambodia:
Both guides were very good and hotels were very good.

Summary:
We were very happy in choosing DH Travel and particularly happy that we had you doing our travel booking. You did a fantastic job of keeping us informed, suggesting hotels and getting good rates as well as arranging for us to be picking up at the Hanoi airport. The only thing I would recommend to your company is to solve the problem of not readily accepting major credit cards (Visa) on your web site to make a deposit.

I am very sorry for not writing for such a long time. We have been very busy since we came back from Vietnam. Anyway it is better late than never.
We wish to thank you for the memorable trip to Hanoi, Harlong Bay, Sapa and Tam Coc. Our group really enjoyed ourselves, and one of our friends still talk about the wonderful time we had there. Thank you for arranging everything for us, transport, food and accommodation.
I certainly would recommend you to anyone looking for a landed tour in Vietnam. At first, we were quite hesitant to pay you so much deposit especially when it was about six months before our trip. We had not heard of your company and did not know how trust-worthy your company is. Now I can safely vouch four your integrity.
Just a little feedback to improve your service. As I have mentioned, make sure that the railway authorities give you a new coach on the train to Sapa. Although the 6-berth cabin was not as comfortable, but the one (i.e the 6-berth cabin) in the new coach was quite nice. I think the old coach should not be used at all.
The Bai Tho junk was excellent and was the highlight of our trip. Certainly, the Halong Bay is the natural heritage of Vietnam.
On the whole, it was a good trip, thanks to you. We are not sure yet when we shall be able to visit Dalat and central Vietnam, but be assured, we will contact you when we do.
