Le Pass Chicken

Le Pass chicken is natural farmed, each weight is approximately from 0.6 to 0.8 kg. The dishes from chicken are quite diverse such as grill, roast or steam with onions, but the most popular one is boiling because it’s fast and simple. Mong Bridge Veal

Mong Bridge, a location in Dien Phuong (Dien Ban district, Quang Nam), is famous thanks to the veal. The most important components to make the delicious taste of the veal are sauce and vegetables. The sauce should be prepared from the classy type of sauce made from anchovy and pompano fished from the central coast. Dried beef
