Le Pass Chicken
Le Pass chicken is natural farmed, each weight is approximately from 0.6 to 0.8 kg. The dishes from chicken are quite diverse such as grill, roast or steam with onions, but the most popular one is boiling because it’s fast and simple. But with any dish, the chicken here is also served as a whole with an attractive shape. Le Pass chicken is boiled with crushed onions, and dispensable of laksa leaves and a little of chopped lime leaves, and offered with knife and plastic gloves for the guests to cut. Cutting or tearing the chicken into pieces, mixed with salt and pepper and laksa leaves and enjoying definitely would make better tasting of the chicken.

Mong Bridge, a location in Dien Phuong (Dien Ban district, Quang Nam), is famous thanks to the veal. The most important components to make the delicious taste of the veal are sauce and vegetables. The sauce should be prepared from the classy type of sauce made from anchovy and pompano fished from the central coast. Fish sauce after decanting and extracting would be added into bowl with chili, garlic, ground ginger, roasted sesame seed and lemon to make the taste.
The raw vegetables would taken from rural garden, rolled thin and served with dots of anchovy sauce. To make the dish more diverse, the guests can order muscle meat, bacon, hams or skins as their favorites. Hold a piece of thin roll with raw vegetables, banana slices, papaya and then break a piece of baked roll, put into the cup of fish sauce, guests can fell the taste spread from the tongue down to the throat, so amazing!
Dried beef is a familiar food to Vietnamese people and each location has their own way to process the fish. Probably, the most famous dried beef comes from Da Nang. So far, hardly tourists come back from Da Nang miss the dried beef in their luggage as gift for their beloved ones.
