There are train tours from Hualamphong, Bangkok to Chiang Mai every day. There are many types of train:
– Original train departs from Hualamphong from 5.30 a.m and 2.30 p.m and arrives to Chiang Mai at 7.45 p.m and 5.35 a.m.
– Metro departs from Bangkok at 10 p.m and arrives to Chiang Mai at 12.25 p.m.
– High speed train departs from Bangkok at 8.30 a.m and 7.30 p.m and arrives at 8.20 p.m and 7.30 a.m.
– Special train departs from 6.30 p.m and 7.30 p.m and arrives at 6.30 a.m and 9.20 a.m.
